When placing an order on our website, you will be prompted to provide certain information related to your order, including, but not limited to, the type of product, size, paper type, and shipping information. You warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices for our products are in EUR and are exclusive of taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment for products must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.

We ship worldwide, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

5. Refunds and Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom printed products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement.
